For adults with type 1 diabetes in Florida. Bring your last 3 labs + 7 days of CGM data.
This is for you if:
Pick a day and time that works for you and reserve your Front Row T1D Lab Review spot.
Securely upload your last 3 lab reports and at least 7 days of CGM data before our call.
We review everything together, connect the dots, and you leave with your written action plan in hand.
You’re not paying for more noise; you’re paying for a plan you can actually use.
If you don’t walk away with at least 3 specific, written next steps or questions for your health team, email me the same day and I’ll refund you. No arguing, no forms.
You either leave with a clear, written plan you can use immediately, or you get your money back.
I’ve lived with type 1 diabetes since 2000 and celiac disease since 2013. I’m a Florida-licensed physician and functional health provider who got tired of hearing “everything looks normal” while my own energy and blood sugars told a different story.
Using a functional-health lens, I rebuilt my stability to ~90% Time-In-Range and ~5.5% A1Cs with far less daily stress. Now I help other adults with T1D do the same, in partnership with their existing medical team, not instead of it.
This session is about you understanding your data better so you can have clearer, more productive conversations with the people already prescribing your insulin.
No. This review is educational and collaborative. I help you understand patterns and questions to bring to your licensed prescribers; I don’t replace your endocrinologist or manage your prescriptions.
We can still review them, but I’ll tell you if it makes sense to request updated labs and which ones usually give the most insight for T1Ds.
This is a self-pay service. Many patients appreciate the transparency of a clear, one-time fee with no surprise bills later, along with more “root-cause” intentions vs. chasing smoke.
If you join my 3-month T1D Stability Sprint program within 7 days of your session, your Front Row T1D Lab Review fee is fully credited toward your enrollment.
Your labs and CGM already hold the story of why your days feel the way they do. Let’s break down your story together so you know exactly what to ask for next.
